| Abstract: | This paper describes the characteristics of the Chinese Security Market, and focuses on the study of the behavior of Merging and Acquisition made by the Chinese public listing companies. It classifies this behavior into four groups: dilation, concentration, company governance transference, and assets exchange, each of which is carefully analyzed. |
