论我国市场经济条件下的政府经济职能

在市场经济条件下 ,合理界定政府经济职能 ,对于正确处理政府与市场的关系 ,保持经济持续快速健康发展具有重要的意义。而要合理界定政府经济职能 ,必须从一个国家的具体国情出发。作者认为我国市场经济条件下的政府经济职能应包括三个层次的内容 :一是作为市场经济体制要求的政府经济职能 ;二是作为社会主义国家要求的政府经济职能 ;三是作为发展中国家要求的政府经济职能

Economic Functions of the Chinese Governmental under Market Economy

Under market economy, properly defining the economic functions of the Chinese government, which must be based on the specific circumstances of the country, is of great significance to dealing with the relationship between the government and market, and sustaining rapid and continuing development of economy. This paper holds that the economic functions of the government under the condition of market economy shall have to include three elements: the function to satisfy the requirement of the market economy system, the function to maintain the country as a socialism country, and the function to meet the need of a developing country.
