| 摘 要： | 企业发展直接与其所处的产业生命周期密切相关 ,衰退产业是市场经济的必然产物 ,企业为了摆脱衰退困境 ,应该树立危机意识 ,正确识别衰退 ,认识到源于产业转型的战略创新是企业创造竞争优势的主要源泉 ,并在此基础上结合企业自身特点选择科学的战略创新模式。

| Abstract: | Firm's development is closely related with the life cycle of the industry.Declining industry is the certain results of the market economy.In order to extricate from the difficult position caused by declining industry, firm has to focus on the analysis of the industrial crises and distinguishes the declining industry.In addition, firm needs to understand that strategic innovation resulting from the transformation between different industries is the main source of firm's competitive advantages, so the suitable model about strategy innovation has to be chosen ac cording to the firm's characters. |
