| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是一个系统的整体，和谐法治是和谐社会的一个重要组成部分。和谐社会中的和谐理念体现在法治建设中就是和谐法治的思想；构建和谐社会离不开和谐法治的保障，和谐法治的实现也需要和谐社会作为基础。本文试从对和谐社会与和谐法治的理解出发，阐述两者之间的重要关系。

| Abstract: | Harmonious society is a system as a whole,of which harmonious rule of law is an important part. Harmonious conception of society when embodied in law construction is harmonious rule of law,which is the indispensible guarantee of building harmonious society,while the realization of harmonious rule of law should also be based on harmonious society. This paper makes an attempt to clarify the two terms namely harmonious society and harmonious rule of law and illustrate the important relationship between them. |
