| 摘 要： | 人才资源能否得到充分合理的利用,关键在于人才市场机制的优化配置作用是否生效。因此,本文主要通过对四川各地人才市场的考察,对其人才市场机制的现状进行研究,分析人才市场机制构建过程中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了解决的对策和途径,以期人才资源配置效益的最大化。

| Abstract: | Whether talent resources can be full and reasonable used lies on whether the optimization disposition of the mechanism of talents market comes into effect. Therefore, this article mainly studies on observation of current situation of Sichuan's talented person markets, investigation on the current situation of the mechanism of talented person market and analyzation of the problems existing during construction of talent's market mechanism.Then put forward the countermeasure and approaches on this basis in order for the maxim effect ion of the disposition of the mechanism of talents market |
