| 摘 要： | 本文主要对明末清初启蒙思想家黄宗羲的法律思想进行了梳理论述。文章从黄宗羲本人生平经历入手,主要论述其法律思想。为了实现理想,他揭露君主专政的弊端,提出以"法治"限制"君权"的一系列主张。

| Abstract: | This article mainly states and discusses the legal thoughts of Huang Zongxi, who was a enlightening thinker at the end of Ming Dynasty and at the beginning of Qing Dynasty. Starting with Huang Zongxi's life experiences, the article mainly expounds his legal thoughts. To realize his ideal, he revealed the disadvantages of monarch's dominating and put forward a series of propositions on using"rule by law" to restrain "monarchical power". |
