| 摘 要： | 从速度经济时代的现实出发,运用企业动态竞争优势和价值链管理理论,分析了竞争优势的传统价值链管理,指出了传统价值链管理的内涵与局限,提出了价值链管理的理论演化,构建了动态价值链管理的五大模式。

| Abstract: | The paper firstly educed the enterprises dynamic competition advantage and value chain management through the speed economy.Then it illustrated the connotation of the value chain management and the localization.Then,the paper analyzed the theoretic development of the value chain management.Finally,the paper put forth five innovative modes of the dynamic value chain management. |
