| Abstract: | This article probed into human resources' exploitation in Qinghai's ethnic areas,the writer points out,in the great development of western China,be cause of lack of talented person and human resources in accordance with modernized requirement,Qinghai economy is confronted with many difficulties,To get rid of difficulties must reform educational model at present to cultivate the talent and promote large-scale production in ethnic areas. |
