| 摘 要： | 通过对校区档案库藏的基本情况以及档案的利用率、各类档案的比率等资料的统计分析 ,发现校区档案建设中尚需改进和解决的问题 ,并提出了增强基础设施建设、优化库藏和加强现代化管理、建立学校档案信息资源共享网络的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistical and systematic analysis of the utilization ratio and the percentage of different files,this paper offers some suggestions on the construction of basic facilities and the optimization of collections. It also puts forward some effective ways to practice modern archive management and to establish a user-oriented campus archive network. |
