摘    要:本文采用皮下注射地塞米松 0 .5mg/d ,连用 3d的方法制备了获得性免疫抑制小鼠 ,研究了黄芪多糖 1.0、2 .0、4 .0mg/d连续灌胃 5d,于停药后 2 4h和 96h时免疫抑制小鼠血液中NO、谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)及胆固醇 (CHOL)的变化。结果为黄芪多糖能降低小鼠血液中NO和GPT含量 ,同时使CHOL有所升高。表明黄芪多糖具有清除血液自由基、改善肝脏机能及调节免疫等作用

Abstract:Acquired immunodeficient rats were made with subcutaneous injection of 0.5 mg/d. Then APS was infused into the stomach of the rabbits at dosages of 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0 mg/d for 5 days on the blood NO, GPT and CHOL in these rats were inspected at the times of 24 h and 96 h after the last douche. The result showed that the concentration of NO (p<0.01) and GPT decreased and CHOL increased compared with the control group. This suggests that ASP can clean up of free radicals, improve liver function and mediate immunity.
