西南地区养殖业发展趋势分析

对西南地区(云、贵、川、渝)的养殖业发展状况调查表明:该地区养殖业发展迅速,仅生猪出栏数就由1988年的7205万头增加到1996年10663.6万头;养殖业内部结构也有较大改善,猪肉在肉类总产中所占比例由1988年的88.5％下降到1996年的75.98％,预计在未来十年中,该地区养殖业发展势头仍然较快,非猪产业生产的发展继续高于养殖业的发展,技术服务体系更加完善,饲养水平将有较大提高。秆、低质量的草地、草坡的开发利用,将促进草食畜禽业快速发展。畜禽鱼等产品的加工目前仅占养殖总产品的3-4％,所占份额极低。预计今后十年可望能达到10％以上,科技进步对养殖业增长的贡献率将由目前的45％上升到60％以上,产业化、适度规模的集约化将会大力发展,养殖业内容向多样化方向发展。

ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENTAL TREND OF ANIMAL PRODUCTION IN SOUTHWEST CHINA

The investigation of animal production in southwest China (Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing) indicates that the annual pig sales increased from 72.05 million in 1988 to 106.63 million in 1996, but the percentage of pork in the total meat production decreased from 88.5 % to 75.9 % . It is predicted that in the coming 10 years, the animal production will keep fast development, benefiting from the improvement of technical service system and the industrialization of large scale animal production. Meat production other than pork, especially grass - eating animals, will increase faster. Intensively processing ratio of animal products is going to rise from 3% to more than 10% . The contribution rate of technology in the development of animal production will increase from 45% up to 60% or more.
