| 摘 要： | 1995年实施的国家赔偿法在近十年的司法实践中,暴露出较多的缺陷和不足,文章以道德与法律的关系为切入点,阐述国家赔偿法的立法宗旨与为人民服务内涵的融合,进而提出在我国的国家赔偿法中应全面贯彻为人民服务的思想,完善国家赔偿法。

| Abstract: | Quite a few of defects and deficiencies have shown up in the decade long judicial practice of State Compensation Law which came into effect in 1995. This article, from the relationship between ethics and laws, holds that the purpose of State Compensation Law and the objective of 'serving the people' should come along together. It further explains implementing 'serving the people' thought in our State Compensation Law so as to improve this Law. |
