| 摘 要： | 怀商就是明清时期河南怀庆府所属的河内、孟县、温县、武陟、修武、济源等县商人所组成的怀庆商帮的简称。怀商的形成得益于优越的交通条件、丰富的物产以及山西商人的影响和熏陶。怀商以其聪明睿智而闻名于世，且影响深远，出现了诸如杜盛兴、协盛全、寨卜昌、西复兴等一批著名商号，涌现出了诸如鲁连城、杜严、靳法蕙等一批著名的工商巨子。经过数百年的发展，怀商形成了先进的经营理念，积累了丰富的管理经验，成为古代河南商人的核心和骨干力量。
