社会演进的宏观动力机制与微观动力机制

马克思在<<政治经济学批判>序言>中所提出的因果链条律是宏观动力机制规律,而不是微观动力机制规律;马恩所说的"自然历史过程"仅仅是针对世界历史总趋势之轨迹而讲的,而不是说历史演进的快慢、具体实现形式等.经典作家所讲的生产关系对生产力的反作用、上层建筑对经济基础的反作用,实乃历史变迁的微观动力机制.社会形态的演进之所以最终可以归结为生产力的发展,是因为在经济、社会系统的哪反馈控制机制中,最终是以生产力的发展为效果检验标准的.面临知识经济时代的曙光,在关于文化作用的问题上,不允许我们在理念的选择上有丝毫的含糊和犹豫.

The Macro and Micro Motive Mechanism of Social Evolution

The law of causality which Marx mentioned in Preface to A Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy is the law of macro motive mechanism,but not the law of micro motive mechanism.Marx and Engel's "natural historical process" is put forward to describe the general trend of world history,but not to refer to the speed of historic evolution or the specific form of realization and so on.The views proposed in classics that the production relations can react on the productive forces and the superstructure on the economic base are the micro motive mechanism responsible for the changes in history.The reason why the improvement in productive force contributes to social evolution lies in the fact that in the feedback controlling mechanism of economic and social system,the development of productive force serves as the final criterion.So facing the knowledge-based economy,we are not allowed to hesitate to choose the correct theory as regards the problem of cultural effects.
