| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任信息披露现有成果可以从企业社会责任信息披露的内容、形式、衡量方法和实证研究四个方面展开。在实证研究成果方面，又可以从社会责任信息披露现状、决定因素、经济效果三个部分进行探讨。而企业社会责任信息披露的内容、研究方法、研究对象以及披露报告的鉴定是下一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | This paper launches a literature review about corporation social responsibility （CSR） information disclosure （ID）. The review covers 4 aspects： contents, forms, methodology and empirical research. For the empirical research, 3 sections are included： status quo of CSRIF, determinants for CSRIF and benefit from CSRIF. And the content, research method, research object and the identification of the disclosure report of CSRIF is the next research direction. |
