| Abstract: | This paper will expand on soft environment construction of the science and technology at the United States universities.The chancellor is the administrative and executive head.The universities hire faculties or staffs just according to the need of vacancies or projects.No matter tenure track or non-tenure track,everyone will be evaluated every year.The paper has introduced many ways of improving the university management and service for promoting the research environment.The universities in the United States hiring faculties and researcher in the way of equal opportunity,they have collected intelligent members from all over the world. |
