苏丹与埃及关系探析

苏丹自1956年独立以来,与埃及的关系颇为曲折,大致经历了蜜月时期、冷却时期、恶化时期和调整时期四个阶段。之所以出现这样的情况,除了国家利益的因素外,两国奉行的相异的意识形态及当时的国际地区环境是重要因素。1969年苏丹尼迈里发动政变,夺取了政权,当时苏丹奉行的阿拉伯社会主义与埃及的意识形态相近,再加上保卫红海地区的安全及遏制苏联扩张的需要,两国关系亲如兄弟。1989年苏丹巴希尔发动政变后,实权掌握在伊斯兰民族阵线手中。苏丹奉行伊斯兰原教旨主义,与埃及关系恶化。1997年以后,国家发展的客观现实迫使苏丹调整与埃及的关系。从长远来看,尼罗河是联结苏丹和埃及的纽带,两国仍然会保持一种特殊关系,这是符合彼此利益的双赢选择。

The Analysis of the Relations between Sudan and Egypt

Since Sudan's independence in 1956,its relations with Egypt has been very complex,and experienced four phases as well as the honeymoon period,cooling period,deteriorating period and modulating period.The reason of the phenomena's emergence lies in the factors of their ideology, and the factors of the international and regional areas at that time,in addition to the state's interests.In 1969,Nimeiry staged a coup and became the leader of the state.Arab socialism pursued by Sudan was similar to Egyptian ideology.In addition,safeguarding the security of the Red Sea and controlling the expansion of the Soviet Union had made their relations as close as brothers.In 1989,Bashir Staged another coup,but the real power was in the hands of the Islamic National Front.The Islamic Fundamentalism pursued by Sudan had deteriorated bilateral relations.After 1997,the objective reality of state's development has forced Sudan to modulate its relations with Egypt.In the long run,Nile is the tie between Sudan and Egypt;Sudan still will keep the special relations with Egypt,because this will be good for these two countries.
