FET桥式控制电路的设计与仿真研究

摘    要:在汽车电动助力转向系统中,为解决直流电机的大功率驱动、频繁切换方向、控制信号抗干扰的问题,利用multisim仿真软件对直流电机控制电路的各组成部分进行电路建模.为此,采用FET桥式电路来控制直流电机,用IR2110功率MOSFET的专用栅极驱动控制芯片构建FET驱动电路.最后对控制电路进行仿真,得到仿真波形,结果表明设计是正确的.

Abstract:To come to a solution to the issues of DC dynamo in EPS ( Electric Power Steering System), like high-power drove, frequent direction switch, and anti-jamming of the control signal, in the experiment every part controlled by the DC dynamo is proceeded circuit modeling using multisim software. To carry out the experiment FET bridge-type circuit is used to control DC dynamo, and IR2110 power MOSFET dedication grid drove control chip are used to construct drove circuit. Through the control circuit simulation in the last step, emulation waveform is got, which proves the validity of the design.
