| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献法和专家咨询法对普通高等院校体育工作管理中的各级管理机构设置、各机构的分工职责和履行各自职责中存在的一些普遍问题进行了剖析,并在此基础上对存在的若干问题进行了辩证性思考并提出了解决这些问题的相关建议。
