| Abstract: | According to the concrete conditions of China's corporate,the paper discussed a series of countermeasures of the corporate governance.The main contents are as follows: to construct a reasonable equity structure;strengthen the board's independence;clarify the responsibilities of the board of supervisors;perfect the incentive mechanism;strengthen and perfect the financial supervision;strengthen the binding effect of accounting information on the corporate governance structure;accelerate the improvement of China's relevant laws. |
