| 摘 要： | 清代的贱民等级,包括奴仆类贱民、隶卒类贱民、倡优以及乐户等.其应举资格受到严格的限制,无法直接以合法的身份进入科场.由于雍正时期的"除豁令"以及其他相关规定,贱民等级的应试权益前后呈现为一种由"基本缺失"到"有限改良"的特点,但总体而言,贱民身份者仍无法在短期内顺利获得应举资格.在科名的强大诱惑下,不同类别的贱民通过各种途径冒考科举的现象在清代并不鲜见.科举考试将贱民等级排除在外,其根源不在于科举制度本身,而在于"清流品而重名器"的社会传统.从更为广阔的视野来看,科举制仍堪称极具开放性与公平性的选才制度.
