基于组织学习的企业知识管理

摘    要:通过基于组织学习的有效的知识管理能够增加企业价值,探讨了知识管理与组织学习的关系,指出通过培育核心能力的组织学习能够形成持久的竞争优势,从而带来企业价值的长期稳定增长;同时还讨论了有利于组织学习的组织设计以及对组织学习的评价问题.

Abstract:Considering that the efficient knowledge management based on the organizational learning is able to increase the enterprise value, the paper points out that the cultivation of the organizational learning of the core competence enables to form the consecutive competitive advantage, thus bringing to the enterprise the long-term stable growth of the value of the enterprise. It also deals with the organization design conducive to organization learning and assessment issue for the organizational learning.
