| 摘 要： | 一个少数民族自治村的成立，实质上其背后暗含着诸如地方政府、底层精英、普通民族成员等各方力量的博弈。而且在以经济利益获取为核心的现代社会发展进程中，即使是聚族而居的民族自治村中，民族认同在民族群体内部也因各种因素的影响而不断衰落。

| Abstract: | Based ethnic autonomous on the sources of the field work, the authors attempt to reveal the fact that the founding of villages contains various games of powers concerning the local governments, elites in the bottom of life and average ethinc members. What＇s more, the in-group ethnic identification in the ethnic autonomous villages continously falls due to various factors in the process of modem society that takes the economic interest as the core. |
