论中国电信业可持续发展的人力资源支持

摘    要:人才是企业的战略资源,也是电信企业制胜的关键。中国电信业要在改革中可持续发展,就必须把人才问题提到战略的高度来认识,在中国电信业走向市场、公司化的进程中,如何切实采取措施吸引人才、培养人才和用好人才,不断调整生产关系以适应生产力的发展,已是当务之急。通过对中国电信业可持续发展中人力资源的作用以及发展现状分析,提出了加大人力资源开发力度、改革现有用人制度、加大政府对电信业可持续发展的人力资源支持的发展策略。

Abstract:Talented people are strategic resources of an enterprise,and they are also the key to the success of a telecom company.For the sustainable development of China's telecom industry,talented people must be highly esteemed,and in the process of marketing and corporation,it is urgent to attract talented people,to train and employ them,and to well adjust the productive relationship.By an analysis of current sustainable development of human resources in China's telecom industry,some developmental strategies are put forward,such as reinforcing the development of human resources,reforming the existing employment system,and increasing government's support for the sustainable development of human resources in telecom industry.
