| 摘 要： | 孝与慈是传统家庭伦理的基本规范,而支撑这种基本规范的是孝慈精神。孝慈精神就是中国传统文化所养育的、调节家庭长辈与晚辈之间利益关系的价值理念,即长辈应关心爱护晚辈以尽慈道、晚辈应敬爱长辈以尽孝道的思想意识。孝慈精神对于构建现代家庭伦理具有三重意义：一是家庭纵向伦理关系的内在需求;二是现代家庭功能实现的伦理保证;三是构建现代家庭伦理的重要资源。
