| 摘 要： | 如何选择乡村旅游企业的组织形式，更好地实现乡村旅游经济的快速发展，是一个具有现实意义的研究课题。以不同组织形式的乡村旅游企业绩效分析为基础，在充分考虑乡村社会文化特征与企业组织形式互动关系的基础上，提出了适合各类乡村旅游地不同项目类型的企业组织形式。

| Abstract: | How to choose reasonable rural tourism enterprise organizational form to promote the development of rural tourism economy is an important subject of practical significance.Based on performance analysis of rural tourism enterprise of different enterprise organizational forms,considering the interaction between social and cultural characteristic of rural areas and enterprise organizational form,this paper proposes the organizational form for various rural tourism enterprises with different types of projects. |
