企业组织仅仅是人类社会生产组织一定历史阶段的一种形态。从演化的角度看,生产组织经历了家庭组织--契约组织--企业组织的演化过程。随着生产力的发展,企业组织内部结构将不断演变,企业形态这种生产组织本身也将让位于其他组织形态。要考察生产组织的演变,就必须探究人类社会协调机制的演变轨迹,因为组织本身就是人类社会协调机制不断增进的产物,这也是企业组织的实质。

The Evolution of Coordination Mechanism and the Origin of Enterprise Organization: An Analysis of Evolutionist Economics

The organization of enterprise is just a kind of morphology of production organization of human society in a given historical stage. From an evolutionist viewpoint, productive organization has gone through three configurations, i. e. , family organization, contracted organization, and enterprise organization. With the development of productivity, the interior structure of enterprise organization will be changed continuously, and such an organization of production as the enterprises will be substituted by other morphology of organization. In order to explore the evolution of productive organization, it is necessary to invest the evolutional trails of coordinating mechanism of human society, for the reason that the organization itself is a product of the improving mechanism of coordination in human society, and that is the essence of enterprise organization.
