摘    要:司马承祯在继承茅山上清派服气养神内炼传统理论的基础上,吸收佛教禅定学说和儒家正心诚意的思想,提出了以坐忘炼神,以“五时”、“七候”炼形的修道成仙理论。这一理论既丰富发展了上清派的修炼理论,又为晚唐两宋的内丹学产生奠定了基础。

Abstract:0n the basis of carrying on traditional theories that came from Tao Hong-jing's internal exercises in taking the air and attaining the mental tranquility Sima Cheng-zheng fused the Taoism and Buddhist theory of Chang and Confuciou's thought.and raised the theories of practicing Taoism that was about refining energy in sitting for forgetting everything and cultivating one's body with grassing "five-sign" and"seven-step".The theory not only developed the traditional theories of Shangqi School,but also lay a foundation for the cause of Neidan School of late Tang and Song Dynasties
