论大众化高等教育的质量与发展

随着社会经济的迅猛发展及教育观念的更新 ,我国高等教育大众化的时代即将来临。与精英教育相比 ,大众化高等教育在教育目的、教育对象、教育条件等方面都会有很大差异。我们必须改变传统的教育质量观 ,通过加强管理、师资队伍建设、大学生自主意识的培养、教育内容改革以及完善学分制等多种途径 ,确保大众化高等教育在不断扩大规模的同时 ,全面提高教育教学质量。

On the Quality of Higher Education Popularization and Its Development

With the rapid economic development and the improvement of educational concepts,the era of higher education popularization is approaching.There are great differences between elite and mass higher education on educational objectives ,targets ,conditions ,etc.Under these circumstances,some steps must be taken to change the traditional concepts of educational quality to ensure that the entire higher education quality could be bettered with the enlargement of education scale.The above-mentioned aims can be achieved through strengthening management,training teaching staff,cultivating students' independence consciousness,reforming teaching contents,perfecting credit system and the like.
