高校传统人事管理向人力资源管理的转变探析

摘    要:实现由人事管理向人力资源开发管理的转变,有利于高校提升管理效能和构建一流的师资队伍。从哲学、管理学、高校地位的嬗变、高校人事改革的进程等多个视角对高校人事管理和人力资源管理两种模式进行了比较,探讨了由人事管理向人力资源管理转变的必然性,并提出了具体的思路和对策。

Abstract:Change from personnel management to modern human resources management plays a crucial role in the process of improving management efficiency and development of first class teachers. This paper compared the two management modes from several prospectives and analyzed the necessity of this change from philosophy, management, the status of colleges and the process of personnel reform of col- leges. Further, this paper put forward the detailed countermeasures on it.
