文化转型与文化适应--以云南省金平县者米乡苦聪人(拉祜族支系)为例

云南省金平县苦聪人,经多年的研究识别,于1985年划归为拉祜族的一支.笔者通过多年来的对比调研发现,从上世纪50年代至今,虽然我们从政治经济文化各方面开展了大量的工作,促使其生计方式发生了一系列根本性的变革,但是经济上极度贫困、社会发育程度极低、文化适应难度较大等问题目前仍然相当严峻.其主要原因在于苦聪自身文化系统在非内动力驱动的前提下,即外界不切实际的介入下发生了断裂,使体系内部的自我调适能力受到破坏,从而减缓了其文化适应的步伐,因此出现了文内分析的一系列文化的不适应问题,进而导致了其社会内部整体发展更加缓慢.为此提出族群内部的自身文化系统的良性运转和传承对本民族发展有着至关重要的意义.

Cultural Transformation and Cultural Adaptability--Taking the KuCong People(A Family of LaGu Nationality) in Zhe Mi Village,JinPing County of YunNan Province for Example

The KuCong people in JinPing county of YunNan province were assigned to the LaGu family in 1985 after years of research and identification.After years of investigation and research,the author finds that we have done lots of work form 1950s till now which thoroughly change their means of livelihood.But the problems such as the extreme poverty of economy,the low level of the development of society and the great difficulty of the cultural adaptability are still severe,the main cause of which is that the cultural system of KuCong people is broken because of the drive of the non-internal motive,that is ,the unrealistic intervention of the external world,which furtherly destroys the self-adjustment ability of the internal system,and slows down the pace of the cultural adaptability.Then a series of problems of cultural inadaptability analyzed in the article appear,which results in the low development of the whole society.For this reason,we put forward that the positive operation,transmission and inheritance of the self-cultural system in ethnic groups are of great significance to the national development.
