英国高校教师培训与个人和学校的协调发展

Teacher Training in Britain Development of the Universities and the Coordinated School and Its Teachers

Teacher training is an important task in faculty development of a university. In Leeds University, the teacher training and the development of the school are coordinated; a team of senior teachers is organized for teacher training; the training content is made to keep pace with the times; and emphasis is placed on sustainable development of schools ; and emhasis is also placed on uiversal and human training. An analysis of the features of the teacher training of Leeds University shows that teacher training in Chinese universities can be improved by building an excellent training team, versifying the training content, establishing an academic leave system, offering personalized training, laying stress on the production of leaders, and developing a good mechanism to ensure lifelong education.
