英国高校教师培训与个人和学校的协调发展

摘    要:做好教师培训工作是当前高校师资队伍建设的一项重要任务。英国利兹大学在教师培训中将师资培训与学校发展相结合,建立资深专业培训团队,培训内容与时俱进,培训注重学校的可持续发展,注重增强培训的全员性和人性化。通过剖析以利兹大学为例的英国高校教师培训的特点,发现我国在高校师资培训过程中可以通过建立优良培训团队,培养内容多元化;建立学术休假制度,给予教师培训保障;注重个性化与领导人才的培养;树立终身教育的思想,健全良好机制等途径,从而进一步提高我国高校师资培训水平。

Teacher Training in Britain Development of the Universities and the Coordinated School and Its Teachers

Abstract:Teacher training is an important task in faculty development of a university. In Leeds University, the teacher training and the development of the school are coordinated; a team of senior teachers is organized for teacher training; the training content is made to keep pace with the times; and emphasis is placed on sustainable development of schools ; and emhasis is also placed on uiversal and human training. An analysis of the features of the teacher training of Leeds University shows that teacher training in Chinese universities can be improved by building an excellent training team, versifying the training content, establishing an academic leave system, offering personalized training, laying stress on the production of leaders, and developing a good mechanism to ensure lifelong education.
