“小平之虑”的政治经济学思考

邓小平同志在他晚年的“政治交代”、“经济改革交代”之后，更多关注的是中国经济发展起来之后如何再发展的问题，暨如何实现社会主义原则的共同富裕，社会财富如何实现公平分配。对这一重大而充满现实主义精神命题的大智慧思考，在共和国经济史上和社会主义政治经济学史上可称之为“小平之虑”。要从根本上解决这一问题，必须回到马克思劳动价值这一经典理论上去，以马克思劳动价值论的基本思想指导当代社会主义经济实践，这是当代马克思主义政治经济学中国化的核心命题之一，对进一步深化经济体制改革、实现和谐民生具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。

ON ＂Xiaoping＇s Consideration＂ About Political Economy

After putting forward ＂political admonishment＂ and ＂admonishment of economic reforms＂, in his later years, comrade Den Xiaoping＇s greater concern was the issue that how China could make further development, which mainly included how to achieve the common prosperity of socialist principles and how to achieve equitable distribution of the wealth of society. The wise consideration of this issue, which was significant and full of realism, could be referred to as ＂ Xiaoping＇s consideration＂ both in the history of Republic＇s economics and in the history of socialist political economy. In order to fundamentally solve this problem, we must return to the classic theory Marx＇s labor theory of value, and use the theory as the basic ideology to direct the practical activities of the socialist economy in modern times, which is one of the cores of the contemporary chinization of Marxism politics and economics. In addition, this issue is of great theoretical significance and practical value in the aspect of deepening the economic restructuring and realizing the harmony of people＇s livelihood.
