| 摘 要： | 分税制后义务教育投资体制因地区经济发展水平所产生的投资差异是众所周知的。地区差异将导致家庭负效应、区域发展负效应、社会稳定的负效应。而这些社会负效应是不利于和谐社会的构建的。构建和谐社会命题的提出在逻辑和现实层面凸显了教育体制公平和教育和谐的重要性。

| Abstract: | It is known that there exists the investment difference out of economic development level in compulsory education investment mechanism after the tax division.Regional disparity may result in disutility in the family, area development,and even social stability,which contradicts the construction of harmonious society.The proposition to build a harmonious society has already burst into view the importance of equality in educational mechanism and harmony in education itself. |
