试论民族社会问题及其特殊性

民族社会问题除了具有社会问题的一般属性之外 ,还有其明显的特殊性。本文在厘清民族社会问题含义的基础上 ,多角度地对其特殊性进行了必要的探析 ,认为民族社会问题具有世界性、一体多元性、敏感性、突发性、紧迫性、关联性和地域性等方面的特殊性 ,并且指出它们之间相互联系、相互制约也相互影响 ,使民族社会问题的发生、后果及其解决都非常复杂。对于一个处于转型进程中现代多民族国家来说 ,认清这一点无疑具有十分重要的现实意义

A Trial Discussion on the Specific Characteristics of National Social Problem

Besides general attribution of social problem,it has obvious specific characterictics.On the basis of revising concept of national social problem,this article makes a necessary and comprehensive analysis on its specific characteristics,and deems that national social problem takes the following specific charactercstics mentioned;the nature of world,integrated diversity,sensitivity,suddenness;urgency,relativity and regionalism,and points out the production,consequence and its solution of national social problem become very complicated due to mutual relation,mutual restriction and influence each other among them,it is important for us to know the above mentioned.
