对我院教师健身锻炼状况的调查研究

文章从体育锻炼的目的、动机，教师参与的项目、时问、次数等出发分析了我院教师参加体育锻炼的客观情况及对体育锻炼的认识与需求。同时对影响教师参加体育锻炼的因素进行了分析，提出相应的意见与建议。

An Investigation of the Faculty Sports Training in Our Institute

This paper studies the conditions of the teachers in our institute participating in physical training, discussing in detail the purposes and motivation of the teachers' participation, the items they join in, the amount of time they spend and the frequencies, their perception of the importance of physical training and their relevant demands. It also analyzes several factors affecting their participation and raises a few suggestions on how to motivate them and guide them in their efforts to exercise scientifically in order to keep fit.
