| 摘 要： | “入世”是我国对外开放进入一个新阶段的重要标志 ,“入世”不仅使我国经济全方位地“与狼共舞”,而且也必将对高校的思想政治工作产生深刻的影响。本文从“WTO”的特点及其对高校思想政治工作的影响入手 ,分析原因 ,探讨对策 ,提出要处理好“一元化”与“多元化”、“德”与“才”、“继承”与“创新”等关系 ,进一步加强高校思想政治工作

| Abstract: | China's WTO entry, as a landmark of a new phase of China's reform and opening-up, not only completely brings China's economy into the international arena competing with other countries, but also has a profound impact on ideological and political work in colleges and universities. This essay, beginning with the characteristics of the WTO and its impact on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, analyses causes of the problems in terms of the relationship between "unity" and "diversity", between "moral integrity" and "professional competence", and between "carrying forward the good tradition" and "pursuing innovation and creation" and proposes ways of handling such problems appropriately with careful considerations of these relations. |
