国际化背景下中国大学管理的变革

在教育国际化趋势中，大学是参与世界高等教育竞争的主体，而管理又是一所大学能否得到发展至关重要的因素。文章在分析大学所处新环境的基础上，借鉴国外的经验，考察了我国大学管理面临的新形势和新任务，提出了管理思想国际化、管理方式市场化、管理人员专业化等改革趋势，同时对具体的管理策略提出了自己的见解 

The Changes of Chinese University Management in the Context of Internationalization

In the international trend of education, universities is the main participating subject in the higher education competition, meanwhile administration is the key factor in the university development. This paper first analyses its new environment; then probes into the new tasks that our university administration is faced with. It suggests that the administrative thought should be internationalised, management mode marketilised, and university staff professionalized. It also proposes some concrete administrative strategies.
