| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导我国现代化建设的崭新的思维理念,高等学校要实现科学发展,必须立足校情,深刻理解科学发展观的基本内涵,并要紧密联系学校实际,切实把握科学发展观的内在要求,同时还要大力推进制度创新,不断完善落实科学发展观的运行机制。

| Abstract: | The view of Scientific development is a brand-new thinking principle that guides the our country's modernization construction.The scientific development of universities and colleges must be based on current situation of the schools and a deep understanding of the connotation of scientific development.The scientific development must be combined with the actual practice of the schools and must conform to internal demands of the view of scientific development.Meanwhile the system innovation must be promoted and the functioning mechanism must be continuously perfected and implemented. |
