| Abstract: | The question of freedom is always universally concerned.Berlin divides freedom into two kinds： positive freedom and negative freedom.Each has respective its own meaning and concept.The criticisms from Beilin＇s opponents give us some inspiration that there are insufficiencies in Berlin＇s freedom concept. |
