地方高校汉语言文学专业学生创新创业能力培养的探索与实践

地方高校汉语言文学专业由于人才培养模式陈旧，学生创新创业能力不足，就业率低，招生受限制等原因，在应用型大旗下日渐萎缩。改革陈旧的人才培养模式，强化课程准≯制度，改革教学各环节质量标准，深化实践教学体系研究，培养学生创新创业能力是其摆脱困境，继续发展的主要策略。

On the Training of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Traditional Liberal Arts Majors in Local Universities

At the time when applied majors are preferred, the Chinese language and literature major of local colleges is declining as students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship is weak, employment rate is low, and the enrollment is restricted. To get out of the dilemma, the major should reform its outdated personnel training pattern, strengthen course access system, reform the quality standard of the teaching procedures, deepen its research on practical teaching system, and cultivate students＇ innovative ability.
