研究生思想政治教育的内涵式发展及其路径选择

思想政治教育的内涵式发展要从“政治性”和“科学性”两个维度来考量。内涵式发展的核心是“质量”，思想政治教育的质量体现在“两个度”上：一是目标的客观达成度，二是教育主体的主观满意度。当前，研究生思想政治教育要注重拓展“政治-价值”内涵、“学术文化”内涵、“职业-发展”内涵、“实践-服务”内涵、“健康-幸福”内涵、“技术传播”、“质量-满意”内涵。其发展路径有：一是系统优化路径，做好顶层设计；二是要素协同路径，实现三个整合；三是特色取胜路径，打造特色品牌；四是质量监控路径，完善质量管理。

The Connotative Development of Ideological and Political Education for Graduate Students and Its Path Selection

The connotative development of ideological and political education should be considered from both political and scientific dimensions. Quality is the core of connotative development. The quality of ideological and political education is embodied in the following two aspects, the objective realization degree of the target and the subjective satisfaction of education subject. Ideological and political education of graduate students should pay attention to expanding the political value connotation, the academic cultural connotation, the professional development connotation, the practice service connotation, the health happiness connotation, the technology communication connotation and the quality satisfaction connotation. There are four paths, including top design, integration of multiple elements, creating characteristic brand and improving the quality management.
