安徽省农村人力资源竞争力的研究

摘    要:运用SPSS软件采用全局主成分分析方法,计算2007--2011年我国中部地区山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北、湖南6个省份农村人力资源综合竞争力得分及排名,从时间和空间两个层面对安徽省农村人力资源竞争力水平进行动态分析。结果表明,近年来安徽省农村人力资源竞争力水平明显提高,但是和中部一些省份相比还存在较大差距。应从发展教育,提高劳动者素质和优化人力资源环境两个方面提高安徽省农村人力资源竞争力。

Abstract:After carrying on generalized principal component analysis to the selected data of index system through the spss software, this paper gets the competitiveness scores and ranking of rural human resources of the six provinces in China~ s central region from the year of 2007 to 2011, including Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, and Hunan. From the dimensions of time and space, this paper makes a dynamic analysis of the rural human resource competitiveness of Anhui Province. The conclusion is that in recent years, the rural human resource competitiveness of Anhui Province has significantly improved, but compared with some other provinces in the region, there are still large gaps. It is suggested that the government should develop education, improve the quality of the laborers and optimize the human resources environment in order to improve the rural human resource competitiveness of the province.
