皖江城市带承接产业转移服务体系效率的实证分析

针对皖江城市带产业转移过程中，现代服务业对产业承接配套问题的日益凸显，基于Malmquist指数方法对皖江城市带承接产业转移配套服务体系的效率进行实证分析，表明皖江城市带承接产业转移的配套服务体系的发展对技术进步的依赖程度较大，而技术效率在不同阶段对其全要素生产率增长的影响与技术进步存在不同程度的差异。接着对皖江城市带现代服务业进行Malmquist指数分析，发现现代服务业的全要素生产率受技术进步的影响最大。合肥、马鞍山、铜陵、芜湖的技术进步水平较高，皖江城市带其余城市的技术进步水平较低。

An Empirical Analysis of the Efficiency of Undertaking Industrial Transfer Service System by the City Cluster along Yangtze River in Anhui

In the industrial transfer process of the city cluster along Yangtze River in Anhui, the problem of modern service industry in matching industrial undertaking is becoming more and more serious. The paper makes an empirical analysis of the city cluster~ s efficiency in industrial undertaking with the Malmquist index. The result shows that the development of the modern service industry depends heavily on technological progress, and technical efficiency has different influences on the total factor productivity growth and technological progress at different stages. A Malmquist index analysis is made on the modern service industry of the city cluster, finding that its total factor productivity is mostly affected by technological progress. The technological progress levels of Hefei, Ma＇anshan, Tongling and Wuhu are comparatively higher than those of other cities in the region.
