立足于社会学、政治学、心理学等学科知识，通过调查分析当前新生代农民工的生存现状、思想现状和行为现状，概括该群体的特点和面临的一些问题，具体从社会保障制度、市民化素养提高、城乡群体心理鸿沟弥合、职业角色和身份定位、职业技能培训等方面，探索新生代农民工城市融入性机制的构建。

A Investigation into the Mechanism for the Integration of New Generation of Migrant Workers into Urban Society

This paper is based on the knowledge of sociology, politics and psychology. Through investigating the current living, thinking and behavior conditions of new generation of migrant workers, it summarizes the characteristics and problems of this group. From the aspects of the social security system, the improvement of civilization, the psychological gap filling between rural and urban groups, the career and role position, and the professional training, this paper explores the construction of the mechanism for the integration into urban society of the new generation of migrant workers.
