| 摘 要： | 大成管理学是从整体上研究人的生存发展规律,包括人的一切活动关系和谐协调与持续发展的一般规律,以及人生存活动的公共关系、目的运动、游戏规则、自由快乐等基本规律的科学。它有独特的使命和定位,一般由概念、关系、机制、过程、原则、和谐境界等诸要素构成其一种以和谐、快乐、人本为核心的和美管理理论体系。

| Abstract: | The Great Achievement Management Science carries out an overall research on the law of human survival and development including the general law of the harmonious coordination and sustained development of all the relationships in human activities and the basic principles of human activities such as public relations,purposeful activities,rules for games and free entertainment.With a peculiar mission and position,it is a harmonious theoretical management system with the core of harmony,pleasure and human-centered principle with the basic elements of concept,relations,mechanism,process,principle and state of harmony. |
