| 摘 要： | 过去学术界多是从马克思主义哲学、伦理学、党史学的层面讨论“实事求是”,实际上制度对“实事求是”有巨大的影响,高度的计划经济体制和权力集中的政治体制是“实事求是”的最大障碍,而民主则是“实事求是”的制度保障。

| Abstract: | In the Past,he academic circles often explained"seeking truth from the facts"according the Maxism philosophy,ethics and the Party's history.Actually system exerts a tremendous influence on"seeking truth from the facts".Centralized planning economic system and power concentrated political system are the biggest obstacles of"seeking truth from the facts",however the democracy is the system guarantee of"seeking truth from the facts". |
