| 摘 要： | 以党员为本是以人为本在党的自身建设中的具体体现。以党员为本包括以党员群众在党的先进性建设中的主体地位为本,以认真落实和维护党员的利益要求为本,以促进党员的全面发展为本三层内涵。以党员为本是党的先进性建设的时代要求。坚持以党员为本必须积极推进党内生活民主化、党员学习教育科学化、组织关怀人性化。
