| 摘 要： | 文章分析了当前机械类本科生生产实习的现状、存在的问题并提出了解决措施,强调学校一方面要选业务水平高、实践教学经验丰富、责任心强的教师指导实习,并采取多种措施使学生在实习中注重观察、提问、学习、思考、创新;另一方面要加大投入,加强校内外实习基地的建设,充分发挥本地实习基地的作用,让学生上岗动手操作。同时,要最大限度地提高经费的使用效率。

| Abstract: | The essay analyzes the present situation,conditions and existing problems.It puts forward some solutions to them.In addition,the essay stresses that school should choose excellent teachers to instruct students to practice,and the teachers should be responsible and experienced in teaching practice.They should plan carefully,and take various measures to make students observe,question,learn,think and be creative.In the meantime,more funds should be put in the construction of practice bases inside and outside schools,especially the on-campus practice bases.The local practice bases should play more important role so that students can get chances to operate machines.Meanwhile,the efficiency of funds should be improved to the full. |
