| 摘 要： | 以学生为中心是世界高等教育的发展趋势，也是我国高等教育发展的必然要求。高校要牢固树立以学生为中心的办学理念，就必须建立以学生为中心的动力机制，其构建途径是以市场调节为主，政府引导为辅，通过市场和政府“两只手”的有效调控，促进动力机制的建立；构建具体方式是高校主动服务，学生积极参与，实现高校与学生的良性互动。
